I was a band director before starting my business...
I loved teaching band, and I was pretty damn good at it. Sadly, burnout got the best of me. (It was bound to happen.)
I was campus department chair, band lead for the district, planning my wedding, and dog-sitting to pay for said wedding. OH AND I was starting my business.
I wanted to feel like me again - but I needed help.

I took time off teaching, checked into an Intensive Outpatient Program (group therapy) and poured whatever I had left into my business.
That doesn't have to be your journey. ​
