On my side of the internet, we don’t shame or blame the voice in your head. She’s there for a reason.

In her own way, she wants to protect you from your fears of abandonment, not being good enough, or disappointing your loved ones.​

Hi, I’m Michelle, and I’m not your average mindset coach

I spent YEARS believing every critical thought that ran through my head. I kept thinking "there has to be a better way to live." 

​

​And I’ve been where you are. I’ve dealt with crippling perfectionism, extreme burnout, self-sacrificing people-pleasing, and ultimately, things became so overwhelming for me that I checked myself in to Intensive Outpatient Therapy. ​

​

Alongside intensive daily therapy during my outpatient experience, everything changed when I started to realize that critical voice wasn't actually my voice.

​

She was programmed by people and experiences that made me feel like I had to be perfect, and Lord knows I'm not. Once I understood that I could recognize her, question her, and give her the compassion she deserves, life became easier. I felt more regulated, relationships felt more genuine, and I didn’t need to control every minute of the day to feel at peace.

​

In the end, I'm thankful for her. And I'm here to help you with that same journey.
